Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a CSA – US Voice & Chat Blended Process at IGT Solutions located in Manyata Tech Park,. This position is part of the Hotel & Airlines Support process. Ideal candidates should have Minimum 6 months in International Voice/Chat and an educational background of PUC & Above. Fluency in English is highly preferred.
Requirements
- ▸ Language: Excellent English and Hindi communication
- ▸ Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice/Chat
- ▸ Education: PUC & Above
- ▸ Interview Rounds: HR Round, Non-Voice Versant, Manager Round
- ▸ Skills: Good communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
